The Batesville City Council will hear the latest economic development and A & P (Advertising and Promotion) report when it meets on Valentine’s Day.
Batesville Area Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Crystal Johnson will present the quarterly report to the aldermen.
The council will also consider two ordinances: one will ask for approval of an application for a private club permit for Batesville Fine Dining, Inc., doing business as Bruno’s Pizzaria. The A & P Commission determines the use of the city A & P funds generated by a 3% lodging tax for accommodations within the city limits of Batesville.
The second ordinance will amend the Batesville Zoning Districts Map.
The Batesville City Council meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 14, in the Municipal Building at 500 East Main Street.
