Bend Police report at 4:25 a.m. Friday a fatal motor vehicle collision involving a pedestrian on Hwy 97 southbound near Exit 135A. The southbound lanes of Hwy 97 will be closed for several hours during the investigation. Traffic has been rerouted to Business 3rd Street. Drivers are encouraged to find alternative routes of travel at this time.
