“Fall Back” One Hour This Weekend

You gain an extra hour of sleep on on Sunday, November 2, 2025, when Daylight Saving Time ends and clocks “fall back” from 2 a.m. to 1 a.m. This change means you will have an extra hour of sleep and mornings will be brighter, as set by standard time. Daylight saving time will begin again next year March 8 and end Nov. 1.
