Batesville firefighters and other local emergency agencies are on the scene of a structure fire on 14th Street behind the Kroger store.
A thick plume of black smoke could be seen throughout town as the structure looked to be fully engulfed in flames at the scene.
This is a developing story, but there are currently no reports of fatalities or injuries.

The Batesville Fire Department has been busy over the past week. Firefighters battled three fires last Saturday in west Batesville that are being investigated as arson. Officials say charges in those fires are expected to be filed soon. Click here for more on that story from White River Now.
