If you’re heading to Memphis over the weekend, the Tennessee Department of Transportation says the I-55 bridge over the Mississippi River will be closed.
Weather permitting, crews will be working on the I-55 and Crump interchange in Memphis. Work will include repairs on the bridge and the removal of overhead sign structures.
The closing, which will begin Saturday, Feb. 3 at 5 a.m. and last until Monday, Feb. 5 at 6 a.m., includes I-55 southbound at Bridgeport Road in Arkansas.
