With a remarkable $63 million in real estate sales and transactions covering 12,444 acres, Pam’s achievement is historic as she becomes the first woman ever to claim the top spot for the top revenue-producing agent in acres sold in Land.com’s history. Additionally, she stands as the first Mossy Oak Properties agent to clinch the top spots in revenue and acreage sold for Land.com.
Pam received the Mossy Oak Properties’ agent of the year for top sales in 2023 which was her fourth consecutive year, and it was her sixth straight year to be nominated. Pam has received the Pinnacle Award 26 times since her start with Mossy Oak Properties.
Pam received the Rainmaker Award for the third consecutive year, an accomplishment unmatched by any other Mossy Oak Properties agent.
The Rainmaker Award is given to the top five agents who have completed the highest number of transactions in a year. Pam completed a remarkable amount of transactions in 2023.
The Mossy Oak Properties Selling Arkansas Office at Cave City was also nominated for office of the year for 2023, selling nearly $70 million in revenue, and selling over 13,000 acres of property.
