First Community Bank recently hosted its 28th Annual Charity Golf Tournament at The Course at Eagle Mountain, welcoming 124 golfers and nearly 50 local businesses to raise $35,000 for the Arkansas Sheriffs’ Youth Ranches.

This year’s contributions bring the tournament’s lifetime total to more than $482,000. Proceeds benefit the Ranch’s mission to provide safe, stable housing for Arkansas children who have faced trauma or instability.

“As the presenting sponsor, we are proud to see how our community continues to rally behind this cause year after year,” said Boris Dover, president and chief operating officer of First Community Bank. “It’s a day of fun, but more importantly, it’s a day that makes a real difference in the lives of Arkansas children.”

Matthew Cleveland, chief development officer at the Ranch, emphasized the ongoing need for support.

“We are incredibly grateful for the unwavering support from First Community Bank and everyone who participates in this tournament,” Cleveland said. “The funds raised help us continue to provide a safe, nurturing home for children who have experienced trauma or instability. This event is a powerful reminder of how a caring community can change lives.”

The tournament’s success was made possible by support from sponsors at every level:
