An Independence County woman faces three felony charges after investigators said she sold methamphetamine to a confidential informant during multiple undercover operations in the summer of 2024.
According to a probable cause affidavit, Anna Camille Bailey, 42, also known as “Cammy,” was the target of an investigation by the 16th Judicial District Drug Task Force and the Independence County Sheriff’s Department. Over the course of three controlled buys, Bailey allegedly sold methamphetamine in quantities ranging from more than 2 grams to just under 200 grams.

In each case, the informant was searched before and after the transaction, equipped with recording devices, and monitored by law enforcement. According to the affidavit, in one instance, Bailey was observed placing the meth at a pickup location after retrieving Drug Task Force funds from a money drop.
The affidavit noted all substances obtained tested positive for methamphetamine and were secured for further analysis at the Arkansas State Crime Lab.
Authorities arrested Bailey early Wednesday morning on three felony counts related to delivery of a controlled substance. She was also charged as a habitual offender.
According to Independence County Jail records, Bailey was released Wednesday evening on a bond of $50,000.
