A Bald Knob man has died following a two-vehicle crash in White County, according to Arkansas State Police.
Russell Davis, 69, was driving a Jeep south on U.S. Highway 167 in Velvet Ridge about 8:40 p.m. on Sept. 16 when he attempted an improper U-turn, investigators said. His vehicle collided with a southbound GMC Sierra driven by Justin Morrison of Cabot.
Morrison was injured in the crash. Davis was taken to the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, where he died Sept. 18.
The weather was clear and road conditions were dry at the time of the crash, police said.
