Miles For Micah Community Race Fundraiser

Come join us in supporting Mountain View High School’s Sparrow, Micah. Micah was diagnosed with Spina Bifida, where his spine didn’t form properly. This caused damage to his spinal cord and nerves. Micah has gone through a lot of medical procedures, and Mountain View High School has adopted Micah as our sparrow. We are earning money for Micah through community service and fundraising to help guide him on his medical journey. All proceeds from this community race will go to doing just that.

We are holding a community 3k, 5k, and 10k race at Big Sky Park on March 15^th to raise money for Micah. To enter, you just need to pay $15 or $20 at the door. Athletes of all skill levels are invited. We will do a multi-heat start to each race, where competitive runners will go first, then non-competitive runners, then a mix of runners and walkers. Anyone who signs up is greatly appreciated!

The schedule is as follows:

     • 11:00 AM: 3k Race
     • 12:00 PM: 5k Race
     • 1:00 PM: 10k Race

Please come at least 30 minutes before your race to pick up your Race Bib and get ready. Thanks!

Timing Services are being provided through the Brendan & Jack Cougar Pageant AthleticNET Club. We will be posting results on AthleticNET within a day.
