Citizens Bank has promoted Shawna Love to Lending Specialist Team Lead.
According to a release from the financial institution on Wednesday, Love has nearly 20 years of experience in banking and has held several roles at Citizens Bank, most recently serving as senior loan assistant.
In her new position, she will oversee the workflow of the bank’s north central Arkansas lending team, with a focus on customer service standards and procedural compliance. She will also participate in community outreach efforts and local projects.
Love is a member of the Leadership Batesville Class of 2024 and is involved in various community initiatives.
“Shawna’s promotion is a well-deserved recognition of her hard work and dedication,” said Micah Beard, regional president of Citizens Bank. “Her ability to inspire and lead by example has been a tremendous asset to our team. We are confident she will continue to drive excellence and innovation in her new role.”
Love and her husband, Brett, have two children, Kaylee and Evan.
“I’m excited for the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally through this new role,” Love said. “I look forward to leading a great team, continuing to serve our customers, and giving back to the community.”
