Authorities in Stone County are searching for a man who went missing after walking away from a job site in the Marcella area on Tuesday, July 15.
According to the Stone County Sheriff’s Office, Roger L. Curtis, 58, was last seen around 11 a.m. walking west on Highway 14 near the Melrose Fire Department, heading toward Mountain View.
Curtis is described as a white male with one brown eye and one green eye. He was last seen wearing camouflage pajama pants, flip-flops, and no shirt.
The sheriff’s office said Curtis may be confused or lost and could be experiencing an unknown medical condition.
Officials are asking residents in the Marcella and Melrose areas to check any security or trail cameras facing the highway for possible sightings around the time Curtis disappeared.
