La Pine Community Health Center (LCHC) recently announced a leadership transition as Erin Trapp steps down from her role as Chief Executive Officer. Marie Manes has been selected by the LCHC Board of Directors as the organization’s new CEO after serving LCHC since 2005, most recently as Chief Operations Officer.

After serving LCHC since 2019, Erin will be relocating to Ohio to be with family. During her tenure, she led the organization through a period of growth and change, strengthening access to high quality, compassionate care for the community. The organization extends its sincere thanks to Erin for her leadership, dedication, and lasting contributions to LCHC and the community it serves.

Marie brings over 20 years of experience within the organization to the role. She has served in multiple leadership and operational positions, developing deep knowledge of the health center’s mission, operations, and the needs of the community.

“I am honored to have been selected to serve as CEO and to continue the important work of serving our community,” said Marie. “This organization has been my professional home for many years, and I am committed to building on the strong foundation that has been laid.”

The leadership transition reflects LCHC’s commitment to thoughtful leadership, continuity, and its mission to provide accessible, high-quality healthcare to all, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. This transition will take place formally on February 20, 2026.
