First Community Bank names Kayla Dunemn assistant vice president

First Community Bank has promoted Kayla Dunemn to assistant vice president, dealer direct loan officer.

In her new role, Dunemn works closely with dealerships and customers to provide tailored financing solutions while guiding dealers through the lending process. She also helps ensure a seamless experience for customers from application through funding. First Community Bank’s dealer direct department provides consumer financing for thousands of dealerships across 48 states.

Dunemn has been with First Community Bank since January 2022 and has 13 years of experience in banking and financial services, with a background in consumer lending and customer service.

“I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to step into this new role,” Dunemn said. “This promotion represents both personal and professional growth, and I’m proud to continue building my career with dealer direct. I look forward to strengthening our dealer partnerships, helping customers with their financing needs, and contributing to the continued success of our team.”

Steve Wilcoxon, president of the dealer direct department, said Dunemn’s experience and dedication to customer service have made her an asset to the team.

“Kayla has been a valuable member of the dealer direct team since joining the bank,” Wilcoxon said. “Her commitment to serving both our dealership partners and customers, along with her lending expertise, will continue to support the growth and success of our program.”

Dunemn earned a bachelor’s degree in communication sciences and disorders from the University of Central Arkansas. After graduating, she began her career in banking.

She and her husband, Mark, live in Batesville with their three daughters.
